Become a BOOTCAMP WARRIOR!!!

Suitable for EVERYBODY that feels somewhat deconditioned and wants to lose some belly fat, get fitter, eat/drink less crap, lead a healthier lifestyle, and have FUN.

We aim to do all sessions outdoors, but if there is very heavy rain, we can use the studio.

Don't worry if Bootcamp scares you; you will start working at the appropriate level.

All exercises will be shown from easiest to hardest level, and we will ensure that you work at a level that suits you and can safely progress from there.

​Cost:

Each new participant is required to do a one-to-one BODY MOT before you start, costing £30.

This is to make sure you are safe to exercise and work at the right level for you and are aware

of postural and medical issues.

We assess postural problems, take care of any injuries you might have had, finetune your movements so you are safe to participate in the Bootcamp Sessions, and understand the level you should be working at. You will be given additional stretches that you can do at home to aid your progress, because tight muscles always take over, causing problems in the postural chain.

 

The Bootcamp sessions are booked and paid for in advance in BLOCKS of between 4 to 8 weeks, (depending on the calendar). For example:

Early Morning Bootcamp:

Consists of two 45-minute sessions per week. Each session costs £ 7, so £14 per week.

A block of 6 weeks, for example, will cost £84.00.

Saturday Morning Bootcamp:

Each 60-minute session costs £8.00, so a block of 6 weeks, for example, will cost £48.00.

However, if you are just starting with us, you can start part way through a block and just pay from when you start. Thereafter the class blocks are always paid in full.
